Wake up in the Main bedroom after a wonderful night's sleep in our comfortable King and enjoy the sun glistening on the Atlantic Ocean. Walk out onto the private balcony and enjoy that first cup of coffee as you soak up the sea breezes. The Main bedroom includes an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has twin beds. Perfect for family or friends.
Look for a dolphin as you prepare a meal in our fully-equipped kitchen. The dining table has seating for four and the bar has three bar stools for casual dining. Don't feel like cooking? Cross the street for a drink or meal at the Surf or head out to one of the area's highly-rated restaurants. Free high-speed internet and a washer and dryer will give you all of the conveniences for an amazing vacation. It is also the perfect spot to telework or attend virtual school.
Amelia Island has miles of biking and walking trails. There are many top-rated restaurants and shops. We are happy to provide recommendations. The adventurous guest can ride a horse on the beach, kayak, rent a scooter, skydive, or rent jet skis. There are river cruises, museums, and Ft. Clinch State Park. Or if you are looking for low-key days you can go shelling, hunt for shark's teeth or read a good book. There are several new and used bookstores throughout the island. There really is something for everyone. Stays of 7 or more nights are discounted.

There is one parking space available, and this is strictly enforced during busier times of the year. Oversized vehicles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted. Several lots on the island allow overnight parking.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information before this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will see communication coming through this system.
Guests access our home with a keypad and will enjoy a contact-free check-in.
Damage protection is included with this rental, but guests are responsible for damages that exceed the policy.
There is a $300 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.
We use email communication to request signatures for the rental agreement and to send out guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number you will have during your stay.
We strongly advise our guests to purchase trip insurance for their protection, particularly during hurricane season, which runs from June to November.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Premium rates are applied during holidays, Spring Break, the car show, Florida Georgia weekend and the summer months have a Saturday to Saturday weekly minimum.About the Owner
